The 2015-16 year was one of LSESU Debate Society most successful. A highlight of our years include the following:
- LSE A (Daniel Bramble and Hannah Tyndall) breaking 3rd at European University Debating Championships and reaching the Semi-final
- LSE A (Daniel Bramble and Hannah Tyndall) breaking 14th at the World University Debating Championships and reaching the Octo-final
- Ben MacVicar and Ying Ying Seah Winning UCL President's Cup for the second year running.
- LSE A (Daniel Bramble and Hannah Tyndall) and LSE B (Claudia Hyde and Daniel Berman) breaking at the Oxford IV 2015
- LSE A (Daniel Bramble and Hannah Tyndall) breaking 3rd in the Open category and LSE C (Omer Azhar and Jakub Zajicek breaking in the ESL category.
- Winning the Bristol Pro-am 2015 (Hannah Tyndall and Ying Ying Seah)
- Sophia Rodriguez, Ying Ying Seah, Daniel Bramble and Hannah Tyndall who ensured half of the John Smith Memorial Mace (English Leg) Final was represented by LSE.
- Winning the Trinity IV 2016 (Saskia Neibig and Daniel Bramble)
- And countless other breaks, additional congratulations to Hamish, Sarah, Katie, Zo, Jamie, Billy, Shannon, Quratulain, Daniel H, Yucheng, David, Alice and Andrew who all broke in 2015-16.
