London Debate Workshop 2018
We are delighted to announce our brand new project, London Debate Workshop, which will be taking place on Saturday the 3rd of March.
Come for a day of non-competitive fun at the LSE, where you can get to know other London students like you, improve your debating, try out different formats and have a relaxing weekend. There will be a big picnic lunch provided, and alcoholic drinks for the social in the evening. Students from all London universities are welcome and no previous debating experience is required.
The planned schedule is as follows:

9:00-9:15 Arrival
9:15-11:15 - Session 1 (Public speaking workshop/slow motion debate)11:15-11:30 - Break11:45-13:15 - Session 2 (Introduction to parliamentary debate/Iron man debate)13:15-14:15 - Lunch (Provided)14:15-15:45 - Session 3 (5 minute debate/no notes debate)15:45-16:00 - Break16:00-17:30 - Session 4 (Pro-Am)17:30-18:30 - Tea (some food provided)
18:30-21:00 - Reverse Debate (Social)
